Shahrokh: The Hurr of the Islamic Revolution
My dear brothers and sisters…Subhana'Allah, what a soul‑shaking story we take from the life of Shahrokh Zargham. A man who once walked the dark alleys of sin and heedlessness, known as “Shahrokh Coca‑Cola” in the streets of Tehran… yet through the light of Wilayah and the love of Imam Khomeini (ra), he broke the chains of his past and became a lover of truth, a servant of Islam, and a soldier of the Revolution. From a bodyguard in discos to a bodyguard of the path of Husayn (AS), his journey reminds us that no matter how far we have gone, the doors of return are always open.
He stood in the frontlines, hiding his tattoos beneath his sleeves out of shame, whispering to his Lord that if he is martyred, no part of his body should return. And Allah SWT answered him… his body was never found. A man whose life was messy in the eyes of people, but whose end was radiant in the eyes of God. He became known as “The Hurr of the Islamic Revolution,” and through him we are reminded that true change is not just words, but action... action that shakes the heavens and leaves a legacy of courage and transformation.
